Senator Pimentel Flip-flops

Senator Pimentel reverses his decision to force the Philippine Savings Bank to go against the Bank Secrecy Act and open the foreign currency account of Chief Justice Corona.
This may be in line with their efforts to establish the credibility of the Senate. He even advocates the Senate to vote again on the TRO.
What for? So the other Senators would change their votes like he did?
A second round of voting is not allowed. Or it is, if the Senate changes the rules again.
A repeat vote would make the Senators open for offers of concessions from Malacanang again. Credibility!
