Disabling the anti-stall.

737 Max ‘Cut-Out’

The CEO of Boeing stated in a shareholder conference

that the 737 Max had an option in the software

for the pilot to ‘Cut-out’ the anti-stall program.

If so, the pilots were not informed of this.

Neither was there an audible or visible alarm to use this.

It still becomes the lack of pilot training

that cause the fatal accidents.

It should be remembered that these pilots

did not have past experiences flying any other plane

before this.

Anyway,  the term should not be ‘Cut-Out”,

but more definitively,

‘Disable’, or ‘abort’ the anti-stall program.

The CEO, however, did not say in detail

exactly happened with the rear flaps

that directs the plane to go down.

And whether there was an interaction by the software

between the sensors of

level gage, throttle, speed, and rear flaps.

The auto pilot should simply include automatic setting

for the plane to have a steady and safe ascent.

And replace the anti-stall with

simple warning notifications

instead of confusing auto maneuvers.
