De-crowning the Coronavirus

It’s beginning to be deafening,

hammered over and over again,

this rule about washing your hands.

Tell that to the Italians

or to the Spaniards.

This is the wrong message

for these people

who greet each other

with hugs and kisses.

The right rule should be

“wash your lips!”

But what then will a body do

if he is 80 years old

and he feels the virus has taken hold of him?

The vaccine should cure him.

But it will be available later in 4 months

not within this 4 minutes

that should spell his life.

Hokay,

I will write down what I think

may be a good remedy for him.

Remember though that what follows next

will be a figment of my imagination

and should therefore not be treated

as gospel.

Treat it as a misinformation

or just just an absurd, funny suggestion.

In such a case, give me the benefit of

a commendation to the Entertainers Club.

(I will wait first for several hours more

before I proceed,

in case some learned health wizard

have the same idea as I do.

In which case he will get the credit

for the suggestion.)
