Rig-amaphore

Proposition:

using a lottery draw machine similar to that oneĀ  just shown

if ALL the balls were drawn

and the order of numbers were noted down

and the balls were reloaded and drawn again

using the same procedure

if any of the first sevenĀ numbers drawn on the first draw

are identical to any of the first numbers

drawn on the second draw

then the suspicion is initiated that these identical

numbers were rigged to be drawn.

Likewise,

if any of the last seven numbers drawn on the first draw

are identical to any of the last numbers

drawn on the second draw

then the suspicion is initiated that these identical

numbers were rigged not to be drawn.

And

if this happens again on the third draw

the suspicion is aggravated

that the lottery is actually rigged.

How to check on this proposition?

The National 649 lottery admins never do.

the next succeeding draw is not presented.

However,

the Canadian Lottomax does, unwittingly.

The extra draws for that day are listed down

as extra prizes

and the same lottery machine is used (hopefully)

and the same numbers are reloaded (hopefully).

You can check.
