Askewed Comments

When I suggested to receive your comments

I did not mean to ask for your suggestions

on how I should run this blog.

I do not need that kind of help, thank you.

There are 6,194 posts before this, FYI,

making it the most internationally visited blog

ringing up 375,850 successful hits per week,

When I said ‘comments’, I meant your opinion on

the subject matter of the posts,

that is, if you read the posts.

and, if I might add, if I decide to post your comments here,

it shall be without mentioning the url of your own website.

Also, The readers would like it better if you show that

you are smart enough to put out your own opinion

without echoing somebody else’s.

Thanks, anyway.

Unbridled Truth in All These

In all the news obtaining

here is the unbridled truth.

If Crimea is Russian

then the waters from its shore

is Russian territory

and therefore the Ukrainian ships

were violating international law

and Russia was correct in using force,

which again makes the West gang up on it.

There is no need to declare martial law in Ukraine.

This incident is not internal

and there is no internal trouble in Ukraine

to make martial law necessary.

Somebody is grandstanding again to attract attention.

General Motors  shuts down several auto assembly plants.

If this is a business decision

there is nothing much that can be done about it.

Unless the company gets a huge bailout

which is what the owners were banking on

when the shutdown was made so sudden.

Khashoggi  was  simply  advocating  different priorities

for the industrialization of Saudi Arabia.

The economic development of Saudi Arabia would be screwed

should it again come out with the deplorable state

of it not being able to produce its own food.

At Issue : Journalists For Rent

Under the guise of giving “support” fot journalists

the Liberals are basically hiring the opinion

of the journalists that will cover their campaign.

(the Liberals are not only weak-kneed, they are also sneaky)

Subduing Khashoggi

They say that it took four people to bring down Khashoggi.

I say it needed Five.

One guy to clamp his arm around Khashoggi’s neck

and force him to bend backwards.

A second guy to pin the left arm.

A third guy to pin the right arm.

A fourth guy to bind his struggling legs.

A fifth guy to stick the needle on to the only area that is open—-

THE  NECK.

Have-Not Crisis

Alberta reduces the price for its oil

to an excessively low rate,

prodding the Canadian government to declare

that Alberta is in a crisis.

Far from it!

The Albertans are not complaining about the low price.

On the contrary,

they like it,

what with the price of gas that low

and the exports are higher.

That ‘crisis” is actually a blessing for Albertans.

IT, however, presents a crisis of all sorts

for the Canadian government who presently initiated a

a massive financial support for almost everybody in the private sectors.

(coming mostly from the have-not provinces)

The crisis comes when they realize that the usual revenues

coming from the oil profits are drying up.

The excessively low price of oil that is now obtaining excessively reduces

the revenues of the government, and funding this financial support

has instead got the government holding an empty bag.

And all because some grandstanding judge

threw a wrench on the pipeline schedule.

(Reducing the price of oil is the most brilliant move that Premier Notley has made)

Ant on the left to ant on the right :  “Goodness, Harriet, how ever did you get

                                                                      that feeler so straight?

                                                                     Are you using a spray?”

Ant on the right to ant on the left :   “No Greta, I just hang from my hind legs

                                                                     When I sleep.”

Ant on the left to ant on the right :    “Have you heard, we are again moving

                                                                       To another colony?”

Ant on the right to ant on the left  :    “yes. And if you ask me, that queen of ours

Canada Pays For RCMP Abuses?

The RCMP has publicly announced that it will seek

money from the Canadian government to investigate

and/or compensate the victims of the sexual abuses

of the RCMP officers.

REALLY?

Does the RCMP really want the public to pay

for the private sexcursions of its officers?

The public is not responsible for these.

The public has nothing to do with these.

Let the abusive officers pay for it.

And blame the women

for spreading their legs.

Let the public provide more money instead

to the outfit that is more deserving——-

The CANADA POST.

They use their legs to deliver mail.

Where is Khashoggi’s Body Parts?

A lot of guesses have been made

by well-meaning people.

The last guess was the parts were dissolved in acid.

This can’t be!

The choice of acid would have been caustic soda.

But this is used primarily in textile manufacturing

companies which are nowhere within the area of the consulate.

Besides, gallons of this has to be procured

enough to fill a bath tub.

Handling this will also be difficult.

Disposing the parts around a wooded area

would not be a good idea because the parts would stink.

Burying them would have a freshly dug earth conspicuous.

My guess is still the most plausible.

The parts are under sea water.

Perhaps thrown under a bridge or jettisoned somewhere.

Cremated?

Which crematorium?

Also not a Muslim custom.

A dead body will float after a while.

But not if it were dismembered.

And gorged over by the fish.

The suitcases nay float, though.

That was were I missed my guess.

I thought tbe parts would be in 15 suitcases

Reports say there were only 5.

Which one of the 5 contains the head?

To Bill Or Not To Bill

That is the question

poised on the Canadians

regarding the sale

of military equipment to Saudi Arabia.

half the people would say no to spite the Saudis

for running slaughterhouses

in their consulates.

The other half would say yes to recover

money spent on the building of the equipment.

There might be some choices to satisfy both sides.

One is to sell it to Iran.

Another is to sell it to Saudi Arabia at double the price.

The profits go to the Yemenis.

In other words, each member should be provided
