Rig-amapola

649 Draw.mp4

Wrong Side of The Road

I asked the cop who flagged me down,

“What’s the charge?”

He said I was doing fifty.

“The speed limit here is fifty, no?”

I asked him again.

“Yes Sir,” he replied,

“but not if you do it backwards!”

That figures.

I was wondering why he was parked

on the wrong side of the road!

The RIG-amatology

I am not saying that the lottery is rigged.

I can only say how it can be done.

There, happy now?

The National Lottery in Canada is drawn

at one fixed time

even though the time zones are different.

This should necessarily ensure that

ticket buyers in the West would not know

exactly what numbers won before they buy the tickets.

Common sense precaution.

Or is it?

Bettors will not be able to rig the draws.

Another common sense proposition.

But the store owners can,

especially those with the tech knowhow

and the supervisor keys.

Unplugging the internet connection and

changing the terminal time to

that time before the draw,

they can print tickets after the draw

but with the time before the draw.

This trick can be prevented though,

by the Administrators who would download

all the transactions from all the terminals in the country

to the Main Computer.

These downloaded transactions then becomes

the official bets before the draw

and winners will be recognized

only from these data.

This security precaution actually lends the system

with less integrity as regards the operation.

Imagine this:

the downloaded data will contain all the numbers

and all combinations on each and all

specified terminals in all the provinces.

if I can tell you exactly which combinations

have repeated,

then using this downloaded data,

I can tell you exactly which combinations

have not been sold.

or I can at least tell you which three lotto numbers

received the most number of picks.

Remember also that for each province is assigned

starting numbers to designate the terminals

such as 3 for Alberta and 5  to 7

for Ontario and Quebec.

Extra prizes may then be awarded

by favoritism.

But these are only my idea-logy

on how the rigging can be done.

Actually, I haven’t started yet.

We will wait and see later on!

Winning Numbers

The Lotto 649 winning numbers are:

2, 7, 15, 31, 33, 42,B20

I did pick 31 and 20 the bonus number.

Didn’t I tell you that I always get the bonus number?

These numbers are strange to come out for me.

No. 2 is okay as it is a repeat number drawn.

No. 7 is twelfth on the rankings

and number 15 was eleventh.

My last software also shows number 15

is a choice after numbers 14 and 16,

 a modus ‘sandwiched’ draw.

Number 42 is way out in the boondocks.

And number 33 is way out at sea.

How the happen?

New Lotto Software

Today I completed my new software for 649 lottos.

My computer spit out some numbers

but then I remembered that the mode of draw

was changed some 396 draws before this.

So I made some changes and lo

this blooming computer just added  more numbers

to come out with:

3, 10, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 31

39, 43, 46, 48, 49.

and said something like,

“Make up your mind, dummy!”

Funny but the total lotto numbers,

14 in all,

was the same total number of the last I used

that netted me #237.40

(2  4-numbers, 11  3-numbers, and the rest are free plays)

from the old software.

But I had to modify Dmitrov’s

4 out of 5 wheel to make me win

two 4-number combis instead of only one.

You see, Dmitrov often do not make

BALANCED wheels

in such a way that he prioritizes those numbers

that you favor and forms more combis

from these favorites than the others.

Moral of the story—make your own wheels.

And remember—aim for 5-number wins!

(next post–how it can be rigged)

More Lotto Stats

By excluding the bonus number in the analysis

the number of 5-number combination repeats

is greatly reduced to 129

out of the total 21, 594  5-number combinations drawn.

This would further ensure winning the jackpot

and not the bonus prize

should you decide to validate your 649 picks

by eliminating these 21,594 combis.

Better still, if the bettor’s aim is for the higher prizes,

switch your programs to exclude the bonus numbers.

This may result to less numbers to choose from

but then again it would also result to less

numbers to wheel with

for a cheaper bet.

Remember that I mentioned around this blog

that I always, always get the bonus number?

Heck now I’m dropping the bonus number

from my analyses.

This link will bring you to the WCLC

Games Security procedures.

Note that The Canadian Lottery System

has the most stringent security in the world.

It puts together both human and mechanical

means to ensure the integrity of the draws.

Poring over these systems will give you a first hand view

of how tight the security is

and will allow you to understand what

we will discuss next.

Meantime, some stats for the Canadian national 649

may interest you to pursue further your

study of The Random Theory,

if there is such a theory applicable to randomness.

To date, there are only seventeen (17)

six-number 649 combinations that

have repeated drawings.

All of these seventeen combinations

occurred with the sixth number

being on the bonus side.

This implies that

no six-number jackpot combination

has repeated.

So if you bet on all the  3599

combinations to repeat,

the most you will win is

a bonus prize, and which will

still have a meager chance of 17 out of 3599 draws.

Bleak, isn’t it?

Not to worry.

Shift your strategy to aiming for 5-number wins.

To date there are only 1505  5-number repeats

out of a total of 74032 5 numbers drawn already.

And these 1505 5-numbers include the bonus numbers.

It will be very low a figure were I

 to exclude the bonus numbers.

And I think I will.

What you should do is compile a list

of all the 5 numbers that were already drawn and exclude these numbers to those that you are about to bet on.

(You can form 6 five-no. combinations

from a six-number lottery drawn.

But you can form 21 five no. combinations

from a 7-number lottery drawn.)

“I Will Guarantee Security”

Correct me if I am wrong.

But from Vladimir Putin is heard publicly

that he will guarantee security

We will see if trump can top that!

Stop Rigging The Lottery

Stop rigging the lottery

and rig me instead.

I too can generate

randomly.

How To Rig The Lottery

Rigging The Lottery

Now where were we?

Oh yes, I was so rudely interrupted by the night.

Well, what I mean by rigging the lottery is actually altering the system of draw in such a way as the randomness is lost, resulting in the numbers that are drawn are not what is meant to be the winning numbers. Consequently, this would also imply that causing some numbers NOT TO WIN will be termed as rigging the lottery.

Lottery draws are made using either mechanical or electronic devices. Computerized draws are commonly used for convenience what with less hands-on operations required. Once the computer is started, the winning numbers are displayed on the screen, and then printed. How can this system then be rigged?

Computers access memory banks, called registers, at lightning speeds and displays the number selected when the accessing is stopped. It must access the registers to select each number one after the next, otherwise it may display similar numbers at the same time. It may not access the numbers randomly, rather it goes through all the numbers serially, one by one, until the command tells it to stop, and the number it points to is the one displayed. This number depends upon the time that the accessing is stopped. Therefore the term random generation is a misnomer because the computer reads its registers one by one consecutively. The random generation happens when it is randomly stopped.

But the rigging does not occur at the time that the computer is accessing its banks. The rigging happens after it has stopped to read a number and is ready to display the number.. A side program kicks in, either inherent to the software or to the computer, which is executed with nobody noticing. This side program may ignore the number that is selected when comes any pre-programmed event, such as a date, or day of the month, or machine numbers, or passwords, or a combination of any event that changes.  The computer afterwards displays a number that it was pre-programmed to display.

The rigged computer will, of course, not display a set of numbers on any event that it comes up with, more than once, or it will be noticeable.

Rigging of computerized lotteries may also happen the other way around to prevent instead some numbers from coming up for a prolonged number of draws, giving bettors an advantage particularly if they are wheeling their numbers.

Also, more ingeniously, the computer may “borrow” and select a number from another lottery system which was drawn earlier.

Now if this is not interesting enough for you, wait till we come to the mechanically-drawn lotteries.
