From what I can discern about the AP investigation by the Justice Department,

the identities of the undercover intelligence operatives may have been compronised.

It would be OK if this was accidental in nature done by the AP.

If the leakage was intentional, then the AP personage is a mole.

Don’t print this, don’t even discuss this, I am only guessing.

Word from the Americans is that their IRS is very powerful.

I fail to see their point.

There could not be any hold on the people that the IRS could do

if the American citizens are dutifully paying their taxes.

No  investigation of any kind will the IRS subject any American citizen if his tax declarations are accurately and correctly submitted.

I fail to see the logic in the statement that the IRS is very powerful.

If the IRS really did some selective and malicious scrutiny of certain groups, I may not call this an exercise of power but an abuse of power.

Changing the topic, as if what follows is not relevant,  the Tea Party that was initiated by the Bostonians in centuries past was really an act of refraining from paying taxes.

They dumped the tea overboard to protest the English King’s imposition of taxes to the colony.

History repeats, eh?

The AP investigation by the Justice Department to determine whether there was a crime in the leakage of some secrets of the US government which is considered by Washington as a serious act and detrimental to the security of the American people.

The AP is what we factly call the associated Press, which is one epitome of news information gathering and exchange  between the press networks. The people of the media consider this investigation as a violation of the freedom as guaranteed by the Constitution. They are up in arms because this method of investigation may turn out to be routinary procedures of preventing news information from getting out to the Press.

We might call this supposedly ordinary and normal procedure as the AP APP  in Windows 8 lingo.

(it appears that the media people cannot stand the type of scrutiny that they subject other people to when ferreting out the news ever so diligently)

The Syrian conflict now obtaining is one that pits Muslims against Muslims. This is nothing new. It was and still is the basic conflict between the Iraqis, and was originally between Iraqis and Iranians. It is a conflict that springs from the interpretation of the Koran, between the Sunnis and the Shiites.

Religious conflicts between denominations are nothing new to history. The Christian denominatios were and still is in conflict, although bullets are not exchanged between them, simply words are traded in the form of argumentation.

The Muslim conflict within its denominations is unique in that there are extremists among them, extremists that resort to violence instead of arguments.

The one religion that do not war against each other’s denominations is Judaism, although I should point out that the differences between each “denomination” are very slight and that the Jews are in fact, in solidarity because they face extreme hatred and violence from the Muslims.

Now what would be a very good excuse to get involved in the Muslim Conflict?  Is it not better to leave them alone so that they would be kept busy fighting each other and thus refrain from plotting the next attack on New York?
